My answer is probably going to be an echo of yours because you said exactly everything I agree with, but I'll give it a try.
First of all, what is there not to love about Annabeth Chase? She's an absolutely fantastic character with a great backstory and an good character arc throughout the series, which I feel is pretty rare for a lot of heroines in YA literature. She's a well-rounded, complex character with a wealth of emotions and talents, and, like she said, she just feels real. I know a lot of people don't like her because of her pride/stubborness, and how she treated Percy in regards to the Rachel thing in the last two books, but it was a real reaction and there are so many layers underneath all of it as well.
I adore how she interacts with Percy too; I think I pretty much fell in love with her the moment she did the "you drool when you sleep" line because you just knew she wasn't going to be taking any of his shit for the rest of the series. The reason I love the Percy/Annabeth relationship so much is that they're equals in

Hmm, Bellatrix Lestrange. Well, she's actually in my bad books because she killed Sirius (nooooo~), so you can say that I love to hate her. I like that she's a strong, female villain for Harry Potter, considering up until that point there had only been male villains. I think she has a fascinating back story that I wish Rowling would've explored, and her relationship with Voldemort is all kinds of crazy awesome.
Well, there's not much I love about Bella, but I did like that she wasn't afraid to go after what she wanted and could be forceful about it. And that she wasn't afraid to get into dangerous situations, even if she was crazy stupid about it.
I initially fell in love with Hermione because she reminded me of me when I was 11 - bookish with crazy hair - and I could relate to her better than Harry and Ron. I love her today because she's smart and she knows how to apply her knowledge when it counts. She's also brave, and she doesn't let Ron and Harry hold her back from doing what she thinks is right.
The thing I love about the Percy Jackson series overall is that Riordan gives us so many awesome female characters, which is pretty cool for what people consider a "boy book" series. Initially, I wasn't pleased when Thalia was introduced because I thought she was going to take over Percy's storyline and we'd have to sit through him grousing about how he didn't like her, but as TTC went along, she became more likable and eventually became one of my favorites
