with my freedom from the mighty sky

I've been quite busy with work since I got back from vacation (wow, almost two whole weeks ago) which basically means I've been working a ton during the day and watching a lot of tv at night and it's taking me forever to sort my pictures. Here's some of them.

Arizona March 2009, Part 1: Flagstaff, Sedona and the Grand Canyon )

Oh man, so gorgeous! You must have had such an awesome time. I like Sedona a lot. It always feels GOOD there. Thanks for the pics. <3

It was really wonderful. I'd do it again in a second. Or something very much like it. And you should come too.

I live somewhere rather attractive, don't I? :) Your pictures are fabulous.
So, I'm thinking teeny tiny fangirl convention in Sedona sometime? Get a room or two somewhere with big wooden hot tubs under the stars? Perhaps issue a slightly creepy invitation to GDL?

You really really do. :)

I completely endorse this plan (except for maybe the GDL part 'cause, um, that would makes me uncomfortable). I've had fantasies about doing something similar for a while now. We should totally want to make it a reality, maybe in the early fall before school starts again.

Yes. Maybe later in the fall? Thanksgiving break or something? Cause Sedona in August is not actually very pleasant at all. However, the Pacific Northwest is also full of pretty that I haven't experienced and Amanda lives there... I bet August and somewhere in proximity to Seattle would work well for Ms. Hotpants Academia too...

Thanksgiving probably won't work very well for me (unless the break is actually longer than the day, like a whole week or something) but the Pacific Northwest in August sounds rather awesome...
