Wahh, their story was just so sad- so many good intentions gone awry!

I like the 2nd person perspective here, nice job!

And congrats on your schoolwork, too!! *hug*

Their story really stood out for me too. I just love how much Dom loved the very person he utterly destroyed.

Thank you very much for the review! I don't usually write in the second person, so it was a challenge, but I'm glad that it did work. :)

I have to admit that I'm a sucker for tragic stories like Mal's. It pretty much killed me when Dom admitted what he did to her in the film.

Thanks for reviewing! :)

HOLY CRAP PERCY! WHEN YOU WRITE A REVIEW, YOU WRITE A REVIEW AND A HALF.

And I don't know why you didn't read/review this fic before. Obviously, there is something wrong with you and you should get it checked out.

Oh, god, woman. I'm sobbing here. Sobbing like a little girl who just dropped her ice cream, skinned her knee, and had her bike stolen by that jerkwad down the street.

Is it wrong that I feel so giddy that you felt that way?

Okay. Serious game face now.

I think that it's almost impossible (for me at least) to write an Inception fic that doesn't relate in some vital way to Dom. The movie is very much about Dom and about his complicated journey towards accepting his vital role in his wife's suicide and everyone else is just there for the ride. Also, seeing as how the 'real' Mal attempted to force Dom into a suicide pact with her I see Mal being just as obsessed with Dom as he was with her. The two of them really can't survive without the other. Which makes the film a rather scary study of a pair of soul mates ( ... )
