Thanks, jwaneeta. I'm feeling better now. You never know what's around the corner, do ya? One moment, things seem like hell, the next there's that glimmer of hope. What odd is how little of either bad news or good it takes to change your whole outlook. Anyway, you were right. Things do change. Thanks for the encouragement. :-)

Thanks fianna. Indeed, things have gotten better. My level of frustration has eased off, my level of hope has increased. I really ought to refrain from whiny posts like this -- I should know better by now. But thanks for the sympathy and empathy, I needed it! :-)
