OMG WELCOME BACK KOTTER!!!! (cough, er, showingmyage...)

This is great - I was wondering which of the sweathogs it would be. (Arnold Horshak's probably running his uncle's old car dealership or something.)

*grin* I am older than dirt; I remember most of the theme songs back when shows had actual theme songs with actual lyrics. Also commercial jingles. It takes very little to trigger an earworm. This one was appeased by fic, thank heaven.

Also you are right about Horshack, I am sure that's what he'd have gone on to do.

And Freddie would have just said, "Hi there." :-D

Very nice! I got to enjoy the drabble and expand my knowledge of 70s sitcoms. :D

"Welcome Back, Kotter" was huge hit its first couple of seasons. A young John Travolta (who played Vinnie Barbararino) was catapulted to stardom, and by the last season had already been in Grease and Saturday Night Fever.

It was a fun show.

(Sorry for all the edits. My iPad tends to get ahead of me.)
