Cooking Channel Pays Off

I had buttermilk that needed using and chicken that needed cooking, so I actually did the "soak the chicken in buttermilk thing". I mean, it was still moist even after *I* had cooked it (and I bake poultry the same way my mother did--until it is done, then ten minutes more
