Recipe: Cranberry, Apple and Ginger Chutney

This came out very tasty. Try not to grate yourself, as I did ;-) Made it a few days in advance; I suspect it benefited from the extra time for the flavors to meld. Make sure to taste it after cooking to adjust sweetness/tartness as necessary.

This sounds like something my Grandpa would love, but his taste buds have faded considerably (so sad for a man who loves good food, good wine, and to entertain), so I'm wondering how strongly flavored this is?

Note for those worrying about exactitude on following recipes:

I did this one, but was out of fresh ginger - the powder did just fine.

I forgot to pick up the dang apples - no problem, a bit of apple butter and some dried apple rings from my baking supplies worked.

It was Very Yummy and got rave reviews on the feast table!
