And just sit the print screen button to take a cap of the layer palette.

Here it is. The circle is placed a little weird, but for some reason, I can't move my selections, and I didn't really have time to fix it (the long way.) Plus I couldn't fide the fade sharpen option on my PSE3.

Perhaps that's why my icon didn't turn out with the same color as yours?

Hmm...well it looks pretty much the same to me except maybe the texture. Also, to move selections, sometimes PS screws up and you need to have the icon on full screen to be able to move them, so maybe that's why. It's weird.
But it looks really good =)

I don't know if it's the same in PSP, but in PS, to get the circle selecter, you right click on the rectangular one and it gives you a few shape choices.

Oooh it's good to know that it works on color pictures. I'd only tried it on b&w pics, but your's looks really good! =)
