Did my first workout of the year this evening (last night?).

Man, am I out of shape. I've always prided myself on being fit, but this is sad. I managed to run just over a mile before I started coughing and wheezing and generally dying due to lack of adequate oxygen. Is it really possible to be that out of shape in just a couple of weeks? Lately, I've been hearing this argument from people who are against gun control these days:

"Guns don't kill people; people kill people."

To which I say: fine, but you know what? You bet your ass that the gun sure does help.

Furthermore, that statement doesn't really stimulate a conversation on gun control. Come on, now. You should know better.

Well, it's been a rough last couple days, watching the news on the Connecticut shooting. I haven't really said anything on it because, well, what can you say?

Think I may have sprained my wrist. At least, I'm hoping it's that and not a fracture, because that would suck.
