What do you mean by "new 'family'?"

I know this whole drabble is a bit vague (as I had intended it to be so), but I’m trying a new style of writing.
In any case, I was sort of hinting at a dystopian wizarding society in which Lord Voldemort has once again acquired supreme reign. Her “family”, in my humble opinion, is a gathering of Death Eaters whom support Snape for his loyal service to their lord. However, the whole concept of said family is up to your imagination as I try not to limit the whole perception of this short drabble and press my ideals upon others. So, I suppose you can interpret it as you will. :D
