I've said it before - your characterisation of Toby and the way he and Severus interact is just priceless. I love the parrot, natch, but Toby is perfection. That Severus should have a feckless old hippy for a dad is a notion of genius, and bugger canon!

I can't wait to see what dress the bridesmaids will end up with, and whether they can precede Hermione up the aisle without killing each other....

Oh, thank you! I'm really, really thrilled that you like Toby. In many ways, he's the anti-Severus, and I can imagine Severus working hard to be as unlike his dad as possible. The question is whether he's entirely succeeded...

I'm really interested to see how the bridesmaids end up as well. I think Ginny and Melanie may have some serious grudges against one another.

A Hermione Granger explosion is always worth seeing, and we're spoilt by two in the same chapter!

Toby's a riot. Why do I get the feeling that when it's going to be interesting when he and 'Leenie' are in the same room?

Thank you! I thought a Hermione explosion was well overdue, especially when so many things are out of her control. She can only take so much!

I'm glad you like Toby. I think that the dynamics between Toby and Leenie are going to be... interesting. :D

When I thought about it, it was quite fun to think about what Luna would sound like if she were moved to curse. Glad you like Toby, too--quite a charmer, hmm? ;-)
