Croy Bay
We visited Anne & Ian at their caravan at Croy Bay yesterday. We took a late afternoon walk along the beach with their dog, Lubo, who was too quick for the camera. However, I did get this shot of Anne & Mo with Ian skulking in the background.

Hi-diddle-dee-dee...
A few weeks ago, I was up at June Love's gig in Glasgow and sang a couple of songs. There was another guy about my age who also sang. Later, the two of us got talking music and he asked me if I had ever done any work as an extra for film or TV. Pirates
First night went quite well. Major General did the first verse of his big number twice but since we all picked up on it only the G & S afficionados would have noticed. I managed to get most of the moves that have eluded me through rehearsals. One song still confuses the male chorus but it will get better as the week progresses. -
Pirates Of Penzance
As detailed in Granmo's journal, I got my car back on Saturday and it seems to be performing very well. Thanks to Granmo for getting up at an ungodly hour to get me to Kilmarnock in time for the first bus to Glasgow. Recovering
Further to all the entries on Granmo's journal, I think yesterday was entirely given over to delayed shock. I passed the day like a half-shut knife. Today I went out for a game of golf, spent the first hole telling the guys about the accident and then decided that had to be the end of it. No more thinking about it until the game was over. Holiday in Almeria
As Granmo took me to New York for my latest Landmark Birthday, so I took her on our first ever visit to Spain for hers; Roquetas de Mar in the province of Almeria.
