Azi sensed something was not quite right when he stepped into the apartment. His eyes scanned the room. Nothing out of place. But Hermione. He could sense her in the apartment, could feel her sadness.

"Hermione?" he called, softly but firmly, as he closed the door. "Angel?"

'Azi?' Her voice was soft, a sad crying whisper and she looked up from where she sat in the living room. She didn't want him to see her that way because he might think she wasn't happy here, wasn't happy with him.

She dried her cheeks, trying to rid her face of the proof that she had been crying but the red eyes and the puffiness could not be hidden.

Shaking her head she looked away from him and then the tears sprung a fresh. 'I miss home...I miss everyone from there.' She looked back towards him and then down. 'I haven't heard from them in so long, I'm scared they are dead.'
