Wow! Where can you find meat at only a few cents per pound?! My best find is $0.37 per pound for chicken backs, but your price blows mine out of the water.

Sorry, by a few cents I just meant well under a dollar, not as in 5 cents or something! I live in Florida so I usually go to the Cuban butcher shops for the best deals. Chicken wings and ground beef are really cheap there, and I can get a whole chicken between $2 and $3.

If you are feeding RMBs and ground meats ANYWAY- I personally would just skip the kibble!
I don't know of anything that is higher protein, grain-free that is inexpensive. Inexpensive typically= grain proteins because they are cheaper than meat proteins.
Just a thought.
The grain-free kibbles I know of are Orijen, Wellness Core, Merrick BG (Before Grain) and Taste of The Wild. I believe Taste the Wild is the cheapest.
Honest Kitchen has a a few grain-free foods that are dehydrated complete and add meat formulas as well, it is very costly/pound but you would have to figure out cost as prepared.

Do you know if there's a target macronutrient ratio that I should aim for with her diet in total?

Natural Balance has some grain-free formulas and it's reasonably priced. http://www.naturalbalanceinc.com/
