We made it to Firestone. I'm not sure how, but the stuff from a 700 square foot apartment seems to have filled up a 2000 square foot house. The cats love all of the room. They haven't once gotten into a tussle that I know of. Of course they seem to want to stay within five feet of a person, but they don't have to be on top of one another.

Cats are so cool when they move to a new home. It takes them a few days to download all the new data into their brains. I love it. It is great to watch.

I wish we had a kitchen island. We built one in my dad's new house, and they are great. You can just hang out there.

Get a router and some cables. How much bandwidth do you really need?

I am paying SBC $75 a month for aDSL with 1.5mb down, 384up, unlimited bandwidth, 5 statics. It's unfortunatly not the best deal around anymore, but there are downsides to other providers still, and the only new static packages from SBC I can get that have better speeds are not true static IP addresses, but some pppoe "sticky" static IP bullshitttery that I don't want to pay for. $95 seems fairy reasonable for 5M down with 5 static, imo.

Congrats on the new place! We have three cats now and they love the space and are happy little campers. I am still unpacking and organizing. I am guessing it all will be settled in two weeks. Good luck!
