So, we still don't know the sex of Meatwad. This is the second time we've tried to find out, and hesheit won't open hisherits legs. I grounded himherit for 3 months and said all hisherits stuff would wind up being yellow. We're going back in two weeks for another appointment. Maybe we'll find out then ( Read more... )

Whew, what a thunderstorm today. It started raining sometime around 3am, give or take an hour, and it's still going. Someone said it was hailing on the diagonal. At 8 it reached its height. The latest in the mouse saga. There is definitely more than just the one. We've seen two or three just today. One hid in the plunger for an hour until we heard it scratching. Of course it avoided the sticky trap when I banged it out and ran straight into the closet.

I came home this morning to find my wife asleep in bed, fully clothed including shoes. Apparently there is a mouse living in our bathroom. The cats have not as of yet captured the beast. I named him Arminius.

Well, let's see. I know it's been a while, and I am sorry. Not a lot has been going on.

I held five cases of Harry Potter books, but didn't buy a single one. Everyone's going apeshit. I read some guy's LJ who was going to run out and buy another copy because the one he ordered from Amazon wasn't here today.
