Good job! This is a big problem though... I don't see it resolved so fast. Poor Luke and Reid. I actually really liked Ali here too. I also liked the line about Luke stealing Reid

I don't know how I feel about Luke's plan to convince Reid to change his mind. I just feel that for something as serious as children both partners need to be totally on board. I do love that Luke isn't even considering this a reason to break-up.

I also like that Reid is so willing to mentor Alison. As someone who is so passionate about his job I like that he can see that Alison shares that.

I love that Casey and Ali were there for them to talk to.

He snorted and shook his head. People never realized that Luke stole Reid from the life the doctor had carefully constructed for himself. He used to get warned about hurting Luke, but the young man held Reid’s heart in his hands from the day they got married.

Oh dear... I just ache for them both.
I wouldn't have expected it, but I loved the conversation between Reid and Ali. Personal, but not too personal.
And Luke and Casey, that's always a winner. Poor Luke *hugs*
