I've been making lots of bonnets and hats!  Tanti tanti, and tiny!  These are all 1:12 scale unless otherwise mentioned.

These. Are. AMAZING. Your work just keeps getting finer and finer. At some point (God only knows when!), I'm planning to build an inn & tavern from Colonial Williamsburg, so I straightaway bookmarked your shop and Renee's!

Are you thinking about getting certified as an Artisan by IGMA? I bet you could pretty soon.

Thank you very much! Wow, a Colonial Williamsburg inn/tavern would be fabulous fun.

I've never really thought of getting certified. I assume one would have to pay money for the certification, and that's not really necessary for me. It would be cool to sound all official like that, but I'm not making a career out of miniatures - I already have a separate career that I'm happy in - so it doesn't seem worth it to invest money in getting certified. I mostly just make miniatures for myself and for a little extra pocket money.

I think it's something you could look into, at least - it'd be SO COOL, and you could probably ask a bit more for your Etsy stuff, though I know you'd never charge the prices I know that some IGMA artisans do. People will pay for quality like that.

Your work is AMAZING as always. :D

Thank you!

Meh, I don't think people would pay more for my things just because I was IGMA. I might reconsider later, but right now I think I have a pretty good feel for what people are willing to pay.
