I've been making lots of bonnets and hats!  Tanti tanti, and tiny!  These are all 1:12 scale unless otherwise mentioned.

All of them are beautiful. When I looked at your charming bonnets I wished I could be really small now and then, so I would be able to wear them. :D

My favourite is Jack's bicorne with the cockade...as you knew it would be
:D

I also loved the bonnet stands. They reminded me of swiss_kun's MAster and Commander videos. ;D

Thank you for sharing your lovely work with us. You are the bonnet and hat maker of the world!

Thank you very much! I'm very glad you like Jack's bicorne. I like it too. :D

Why do the bonnet stands remind you of swiss kun's videos? Is it because they sort of resemble stick men?

Yes, indeed. The bonnets could be Sophie, Diana, Mrs Williams or the Aubrey girls in the vids. :D

Amazing, all of them. My favorite is the one in the 4th and 5th pictures--with the tiny orange roses. I don't know how you did it. If you told me you wove it from scratch I'd believe you!

The paper ones are fascinating too. I had no idea hats could be made of that.

In fact I just mentioned you as a great miniatures-maker in the comments of my latest post, and here you are proving my point!

Thank you! Oooh, you mentioned me? I feel famous! I'll have to go away and look at what you posted.

I made the roses! I just made them from that silk ribbon. Oh my goodness, that ribbon was GORGEOUS. It was hand-dyed (by another etsy seller) and varied in gradations of coral and pink and peach. So incredibly beautiful. I love ribbon! The ribbon on the brown velvet one was by the same maker, and it was incredibly beautiful too. I couldn't get any photograph that did it justice. It was sort of like strawberry and chocolate ice cream melted together, just a beautiful rosy pink gentle brown.

All your hats are magnificent! I'm new to the miniature hobby, and I made my first straw bonnets at a workshop last weekend. I am very happy with them, but yours are a real inspiration.

Thanks for sharing!

Aww, well thank you very much! Really I'm still quite new to the millinery world, so I'm learning as I go along. It's fun though!

Great work my dear! The intricacy and detail of your work always surprises me and astounds me with your talent.

Perhaps Stephen wore one of the French hats at the beginning of the Revolution before the cruelty and violence sickened him of men and movements.

Thank you very much!

Perhaps he did. It would look nice with his wig.
