i didn't realize it as it was happening, but the theme of this fic is loosely based on the song "touch me" from the 2006 musical spring awakening. performance embedded at the bottom.

Thanks very much for sharing! I thought this piece was wonderfully simple but subtly intense at the same time; loved the whole thing with Dean not accepting gifts, the reasoning behind that and how Castiel helps him get past it. :)
