I wrote this as a comment in Yin's journal because she needed cheering up and the idea of Miko going to work at GPFG wouldn't leave me alone, no matter that I haven't been able to actually write anything at all in over a month. So...

That's it exactly! I couldn't get the idea of meek, mild Miko battling blushes as she sets up the lighting to showcase Rodney's assets, all without actually looking directly at said assets because she's got an awful crush on him and does't want to embarrass herself by turning into a puddle of bright pink goo at his feet. *g*

I saw her all wide-eyed, clutching her portfolio in front of her like a shield, positive she wasn't even going to last five minutes in the room and ending up sprawled on the sofa, flushed and giggly and even more wide-eyed, agreeing to a trial period. And then she's ushered to the bathroom so she can change into her jeans before they take her downstairs to check out the studio and the equipment and meet and greet a couple of the guys.

I don't think she ever stops blushing around Rodney, but after a few months she barely pinks up around anyone else's family jewels. *g*

I think she'd have a sweet little crush on Rodney that she'd always be trying to hide, but after a while she gets used to seeing everyone else in various stages of undress. And she quickly gains a reputation for being able to turn 'hungover' into 'dark and brooding'. :D
