"The Binding Stone" by Don Bassingthwaite, a toss-off nothing D&D adventure novel set in Eberron. Took me forever, but that's partially because of work, and the fact that the font in this book is freakishly small-it was 280 pages but in a normal font probably would have been 500. It was the first part of a trilogy, so hopefully I'll finish the next
