Everything was so perfect! I'm not always prone make an OTP of the main pairing in the show, but once I do, SOMEBODY HAS TO RUIN IT!

Exactly! At least give us a happy note to end, and leave the angst till next season.

This show, man. People just won't shut up about it. Is it worth getting into, or do I have enough fandoms already? Because I quit NetFlix on account of not having money, and don't want to get too into it if it's not worth it.

No, they won't, and I've joined the ranks! Took me forever, though. I would highly recommend it--but only if you don't mind almost as many deaths as Game of Thrones. (Since you've gotten hooked on that already, I'm guessing you won't mind.) The way the first season, especially the first few episodes, juggles so many characters and plotlines is just . . . wow. Makes me despair of ever writing anything ever again.

It is, however, guilty as charged in the soap opera department, just so you know. I never watch soap operas, but somehow I don't mind this one.
