Some members liked the idea of having a kink meme/comment fic meme on got_exchange, especially since the other ASOIAF/GoT kink memes are fairly dead at the moment. (It's only posted on the mod account journal because I don't want anonymous comments on the exchange comm.)

I have no idea how they got to this point, but you said you didn't care how it happened. ;) I'm afraid it's not too porny, just a kiss for the moment. I wasn't in the mood to write explicit porn. I might continue this, but I won't promise anything.

When their lips meet, it's like the weight of the world leaves his shoulders. It's clumsy and awkward, the scratch of beard is unfamiliar against his skin, and he can taste the salt of the ocean on Davos' lips. I'll see about a second part. Getting them to have sex will be more complicated and take me more time, so it has to wait until my exchange fic is done.

But I'm glad you liked it so far. ^^ And you just know that Stannis would need to be reassured that it is in fact okay to have something nice in his life.

I have no classes tomorrow, so I'll just spend the entire day on that fic. I'm too tired for anything more intelligent than "look it's Stannis and Davos making out" tonight, so I don't feel too bad for not working on it right now.

Yeah, can't blame you. I tell myself, it's a holiday, just write porn fills and watch movies and work on it tomorrow!

But Stannis and Davos finally kissing is good, though! I don't think I've yet seen it in a fic.

I've read one fic in which they actually have sex, but it's kinda weird and a bit OOC. Stannis is just such a repressed ball of angst, it's awful. There's a reason I haven't managed any porny Stannis/Jon yet either.

Now I'm curious to see that. Sounds kind of creepy, to be honest.

I do like exchanges, don't get me wrong. They really make me stretch and challenge me to write new characters/situations. I just get nervous when I'm a bit out of my comfort zone, and then things are fine in the end. To be honest, I already figured out my prompts for the next got_exchange (don't worry, it's not all weird Roose pairings!) because I'm excited.

I think the fic was on AO3, but I'm not sure. My main issue wasn't even the sex, but that they said "I love you" to each other, and I don't see Stannis using those words. He says convoluted stuff like "You know how much love I bear you", definitely, but just a simple "I love you"? It's just not a Stannis thing to say. But maybe I just remember everything wrong, it's been a while since I read that.

I love exchanges, especially the part where someone writes something just for me. ;D
Haha, I've figured out most of my prompts as well. I still have one slot open where I feel like I should have one non-Stannis prompt, maybe Victarion or so, but I'm not sure about that. The rest is all Stannis/Jon and Stannis/Davos and Stannis/his own awesomeness.
Not all weird Roose pairings? I'm relieved. Roose/Aeron, Roose/Ramsay, Roose/Gregor, Roose/Barristan, and Roose/Arya. There.

I could see him saying that he was fond of someone, but no, not I love you. Not even to a child.

Now Roose/Arya I could almost, almost see. In an AU where she's significantly older in a certain scene at Harrenhall. Just don't tempt me. :D

Stannis/Stannis. Some bizarre mirror universe where there is a double running around. That's horrible. I think that my brain has become warped from watching Star Trek.

Exactly. He didn't even say "I love you" to little bb!Renly. Maybe he managed to say yes when Renly asked him if Stannis loved him, but nothing more. Stannis is too terrified that people would laugh at him - because nobody loves him, so obviously they wouldn't want him to love them either. I love how much sense he makes. ;)

If Arya had been 15ish or so ... oh, yes, then I could definitely see that. GODDAMMIT I HATE MY BRAIN AND YOURS. Well, not really, but some ideas I did not want to have.

Exactly, he has a Star Trek style double from the mirror universe, who's either this chaotic evil sadistic bastard, or this happy-go-lucky fluffy thing. Or a mixture of both.
Generally, though, Stannis obviously likes people who are like him ... like Jon. ;) He would have liked Ned, too, if not for the part where Ned was Robert's BFF.

I hate my brain too, because it goes to places like that and it's just distracting. "Oh! They're both sociopaths and they like knives and she was basically a servant of the body at Harrenhall..." No.

Roose/Joffrey. OK, I'm done.

I think that bizarro!Stannis would have to be somewhat like Robert, very extroverted and emotionally expressive and sexually voracious. Kind of the anti-Stannis. I can see the Ned thing, also maybe Barristan. Something about his love of duty and his dignity.

bizarro!Stannis would be like a mixture of Robert and Renly, only in Roose-level of sociopathic evil. HE'd have no problem just banging Davos instead of angsting about it. *sigh*
His relationship with Barristan can't have been that awesome, or Barristan would have got his head out of his arse and joined Stannis rather than go on his ridiculous quest to find Daenerys. I still can't get over the absurdity of that storyline.

I would see him with Euron, they're both ageless, hot, creepy and master trolls.

My favourite crack idea is Tormund/Selyse. He admitted he always wanted one with a moustache! :D
