Soundwave is now finally perceived as a large threat despite the decent history, and will continue to be--more so once Quatre goes Torture Me Elmo. Trowa is aware that he let his need to be someone and/or belong to something--whether a military organization, a group of like-minded people, or family--get out of hand, and that it is all too easily used against him if he trusts as blindly as he normally does after initial displays of acceptance.

No-Name realized this first after examining how easily he accepted going to Soundwave's place upon being given a name, even knowing that this was just a personality change and that there was no actual guarantee it was anything other than an act or that it wouldn't stop at any moment. Because of this, he's using the temporary 'safety' to put plans in order for himself to leave. When he's gone and Trowa comes back, he's going to come to the same conclusions and take off; while he may still cross paths now and then after this point, he will generally try to keep himself at arm's distance

You are not the bravest of people, and prefer to save your own skin when possible. However, this doesn't stop you from attending to people you do find important to you in one fashion or another, whether you care to admit to it or not. While you are not a role model for anyone by any means, I approve of the underlying traits, and do understand to a degree where you are coming from with your personality having ended up the way it is; I will watch for and assist you in these displays when possible.

Furthermore, you might be perceived as handsome, were you not far younger than myself and if it were not for that hideous half-shirt and long jacket.

Also, you associate with an unpleasant sort, and this is generally displeasing, but it is not my place to say anything about it as I am fairly certain I am no 'friend' and therefore have no place sharing said judgments outside of any legal situations your acquaintances might create for you as consequence for interacting with them.

Kitty is a big name X-Person, the kind of hero who has webshrines and her face on lunch boxes. She's big time, so Nico wasn't sure of how to treat her at first. She was expecting her to be all X-man holier than thou since the Runaways have had only the best experiences with Wolverine, but she turned out to be gregarious and funny. Kitty's catty streak pleases Nico greatly, so they hang out at the mall and bitch about the posers in Hot Topic in Japanese. Kitty doesn't judge her for her friends or her powers or her parents and that's refreshing. She adds strength to Nico's list of heroes that aren't as bad as she'd written them off to be.

Now if only she could wish away the bad fanfiction that came as a result of them being friendly in public.

Vector recognizes that Soundwave is a very capable mech. He's obviously good at what he does - communications, if Vector's any guess - though his manner of speaking is a little...odd. I will note that I need to do a bit of canon review to remember if Vector and Cybertron!Soundwave actually had interaction because...a bit different way of talking, there, yo.

The whole 'don't need your approval' got his curiousity, but it's small enough to keep to himself. He's honestly wondering if Soundwave had a Prime before, though that doesn't quite mesh in with his memory of Decepticons usually following a Megatron, but, well. He's old. Could be wrong.

He's also seen Dudewave about, but isn't sure if it's a good idea to approach, with his suspicion that this is only for a short time.
