I want to go shopping, but I really don't feel like lugging around my own bags. I don't have minions any more, and the only expendable labor around will get lost with my bags, end up in the middle of a duck pond, and ruin everything.

So my question is, where should I go to buy a leash for him?
I have found myself in the predicament where I was unable to get a "Villain reserve." The probability I would be accepted without such a reserve is... not 100%. And, to be entirely truthful, I would likely lose interest should I attempt to draw out this process using my power of miracles.
What is your advice for me?
