Only he knew whether or not the information he was collecting while playing all sides against each other for continued survival was for some greater hidden purpose, or just a side-effect of the work he'd done. Although a twist of fate revealed his true name and the identity of his sister to him a couple of years in, he chose to remain of no name whatsoever in regard to his 'job

On that note, he does still kill--and often. There is no music to alert the targets before they die; that search is over. Most never knew they were anything but dead after they hit their pillows for sleep, and the rest simply don't have time to think. His tactics have become far more elaborate than they ever were, and his skill with blades versus guns has increased dramatically. Some have also theorized that he isn't the only one controlling his actions in the middle of battle, but none have proven it... and lived, anyway. Strangely, it has also recently begun to appear as though he often keeps the company of a small bat while on the job, but given his talent for animal handling, those few that have seen it more than once rarely question it. After all, most don't know about the conditions under which a long-missing friend was brought under the protection of 03, 04, and the 20-man army following the latter

About a year later, some guy with blue hair and dark red sunglasses gets ported in. He does what appears to be the usual sort of freaking out, before turning absolutely steely and refusing to answer any and all questions. Facial recognition fails to match him with any other known ExPorts (Bruno had had the foresight to utterly wipe all of his past Network posts as soon as the trouble started, and by the time they had finally dragged him in his face had only looked barely human anyway) so they assume this guy is just one of those unlucky newbies. The science guys prod at him a while, but can't find any obvious evidence of powers: blood samples, DNA, everything, he seems to be just a normal human, and a pretty cooperative one at that, if not all that chatty. So after about a week they just do the usual chip implantation and grant him provisional release

Same as last time...

Selina hasn't changed that much. Still stealing, doing what she can to support those hiding from the government. She grew out her hair and dyed it blond, which is of course a foolproof disguise.

She didn't frequent the City very much for years, but now owns a small house on the outskirts under her original alias in this universe, Lily Sebastian. It's better access for helping with the resistance.

She paints herself as a loner, but she's in touch with more people more often than most realize. For better or worse, many of the imPorts are like family now. She'll do what she can.
