A little more than others for me, I think. It's good, but it's only the first issue. I did like Si Spencer's work on Life During Wartime, so I'm hoping it'll continue in this. But if you're downloading and not buying, definitely go for it. The art is interesting (in a mostly good way), too.
oh god Baron Harkonnen. I always kind of wanted to play the miniseries version of him, but that would require writing in iambic pentameter, and he's less gross than the Lynch version. SO YES, he is my vote, because Dune is awesome but no one rps from it.
I've had practise in Iambic pentameter thanks to trying out Bullock from Deadwood at one point, but yeah, it's a tough one. And I did play Leto II here for a bit :3 But there's really very few Dune RPers out there, it's sad.
Yeah, I saw that and was very impressed! I don't think any Dune character is very easy to play, but he'd be especially hard. (I have never made it through God Emperor of Dune.)
Aha :3 Well, I'm glad I didn't suck at him ♥ He was just too complex to keep up, especially without a Ghanima XD (God Emperor is where the series starts getting... really odd, in a few ways. Just. Just don't touch the stuff by his son and Kevin J. Anderson, sob.)
Also Sherlock would be pretty entertaining, but I gotta go with you on the cons. It's difficult to find evil plans to foil and it's hard to do as much as canon depicts without standing on a lotta peoples tooooes, especially when there are like 50 other characters who are meant to be amazing detectives/spies/heroes etc. I found that issue with Bond too, so that is why I mostly just have him annoying NPC gangs.
