De fet la gent està signant perquè es faci un referèndum a la tardor en contra d'això. És un tema complicadet però es veu que drets no poden limitar.

Jo l'he votat dos cops, al ZP... I al Montilla, però normalment voto ERC o IC :)

No en té res per causa de la Dècima Esemena a la Constitució dels EEUU: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Això significa que hi ha àrees de la llei en on ni tan sols el President mateix pot ficar-se, i les corts han sempre dictaminat que el dret de matrimoni és una d'aquelles (no obstant el DOMA, que és considerat inconstitucional per molta gent).

It's so exciting that this is happening. Tom/tmaher and I are going to get married this summer.

San Francisco City Hall is just three blocks from our apartment... and we're, ironically, in Barcelona right now.

I'd planned for us to travel to Europe this week over a year ago. Who knew that the California Supreme Court would reach a decision right before our trip.
