that would suck to have a bad experience. especially if you told them of their mistake and they acted like a-holes.

Yeah...she ignored me when I contacted her with a complaint about the second purchase. I finally left neg feedback even though I hated to do it. :/

I understand that completely. I hate leaving that kind of feedback. but that's necessary so that she steps up and does the right thing next time or people just don't continue to use her.
