Well, here we are, the last day and last entry of this journal for 2006. I kind of had my year-end wrap-up post a couple days ago, so I'll just wish everyone a happy New Year. No matter how seemingly banal a year has seemed, there's always a sense of excitement of New Year's Eve for a year that could be better than the last one, one that fulfills,

Are you placing "Lil' Miss Sunshine" on your 5 worst movies list because you honestly thought it was awful or to counter all the praise that has been heaped upon it?

Maybe a bit of both. I really thought it was the biggest collection of cliches I'd seen in a long time. But hey, that's just me. Critics seemed to like it a lot and hate "The Fountain", so maybe I'm out of step on this one.
