*whew* the tornados have passed and it looks like we did ok! Of course, I am still in the station and don't know what the roads are like...nor do I know what my home looks like (there were swirling clouds above my part of town). I'm sure I was without power for quite a while, but in my small town, power usually comes on in a short period of time.

Hey just so you know. We (www.wlac.com) is in wall-to-wall weather coverage as tornados are rampaging the area (including Nashville -- they're headed this way). Pray for those in their path.

There was a school shooting today in Knoxville...specifically Campbell county. A 15-year-old kid took a gun and shot the principal and 2 assistant principals of his school. One of the assistants has died and the other two adults are in the hospital.

My heart aches for the people of Campbell County. Pray for them....pray for them.

Ok, so this weekend is the big CS Lewis conference down here in Nashville. My big brother Mark, and his wife, Sandy...(you all know both of them, I'm sure) drove down here to attend.
