HAPPY BIRTHDAY, VICTORIA_TONKS !

So, because it's you're birthday, I wrote you a sequel to A Sure Thing. That's right, more Cho Chang. Woot.

I also hope that this manages to satisfy sar_sunshine  "A Day In Hogsmeade" request.

I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do when I go back to school tomorrow and I suddenly have to, like, go to classes and stuff. I'm going to miss ( Read more... )

It's been so long since I've read some H/Hr fluff (what with you and Chrissy being on my flist :P).

I know, I got confused writing this. I kept fighting an urge to kill one of them off halfway through.

No. Not really.

It was actually a lot of fun. They can be awfully cute these two when they want to be.

Thanks!

The idea that Harry and Hermione will fall immediately into a hot romance doesn't usually sit well with me, and you've captured exactly why with this piece. Their romance will be comfortable and deep and passionate in a quiet sort of way.

Yeah. Which is really quite romantic. They're real enough that you can relate to them, but fictional enough that we'll never be able to find that kind of a perfect connection in RL. I think that's part of the appeal for me.

Heh. I'm glad you're enjoying my fluff!kick.

*hugs*

It is a very fine line that separates real life and fiction. Besides, life moves in strange and wonderful ways sometimes. *smiles* How do you know you won't find that perfect connection, Frances? You can't be jaded already?

*pats Simon*

For I am already old and withered on the inside, well learned in the cruel ways of the world.

Alright. I suppose it *could* happen, but it always seems that things in real life take a lot more work than they do in fiction.

I think I like this name better than Honeyduke's.

Yeah. Me too.

It's got a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

*smacks forehead*

You know, I checked the TLC for all the spellings ahead of time too. Goodness only knows HOW I managed to mess it up after that. *small voice* I proofread. Really! On occasion!

And the Cho smack down was quite good.

That was fun. Kind of satisfying.

And I like when you barge in. *grin*

Awwwwwww. I feel warm and fuzzy, like Hermione did after Harry told her he wanted to be with her and like he probably did when she said he'd never lose her or what they shared.

I loved the first one and I love this sequel. (I agree with Carondelet that 'Honeyducks' is a cute typo. Parvati might prefer to be Parvati and nor Pavarti though. - It always makes me think of cheese.)

Anyway, sweet and brilliant.

As for angsty B/A - you know I'm always up for B/A, even the angsty kind. *mwah*

Heh. As I told her, the new and improved spelling is... um... new and improved and... and...

*headdesks*

You know, I don't get these LJ things betaed for you guys. But I'm beginning to think I should. Although you all sort of do it for me. Which is nice.

Heh. I thought you might say that. I think I could use a change from "best friends who love each other very much" to "starcrossed lovers that should be natural enemies that love each other very much but can never ever catch a break."

Or something.
