What a great view of their first date. All best friend-ly like. And I do think it would be like that. Their friendship is their greatest possession right now - both of theirs. And their love will grow out of it. So this is them...not all tongue down the throat, hot and heavy from the get go. Companionable and comfortable and deep. Their connection, their understanding of each other is soulful. And you've portrayed that perfectly, once again.
Hope you're enjoying your last day of vacation. I know what you mean, I think this is the last day I can milk of convalescence but it's been nice to concentrate on writing and stuff.
We ought to have a workshop for this obsession. Twice a year...long weekends in the woods where we just get together to write and talk about Harry Potter. LOL

OH MY WOW! We MUST do THAT! Forget school, let's go trouping off into the woods (which, alright, will have to be near you, because my woods are rather snowy at the moment). An entire weekend writing and talking about Harry Potter? Jeez. I'd be in heaven. You shouldn't dangle those kinds of ideas in front of me. It's cruel.

I am totally in on the workshop idea. And Vermont has great woods! Just, you know, in the summer months. Actually, we need to meet up there in the fall. Beautiful. My dad goes up to the Black Mountains a lot in the fall, just for the foliage. Amazing.
