I love the neighborhood decorations!
And, to answer the question, I think the taller version of the skinny buildings looks better.

I am going to be unhelpful and say that I really like both versions of the tall and skinny building, because I think they compliment each other nicely.

That is strange, 'cause I thought the bigger one was way better, but variety is good so I'll probably end up doing both. Like I said, choosing a scale for neighbourhood deco confuses me a lot.

I really like those buildings, both versions. It's always good to have some variation, especially where neighborhood deco is concerned.

And also, since you mentioned him, have a Jemaine icon.
