One of my clients uses the word "gizzy" where I would say "thingamajig" or "watchamacallit." What amazes me is how immediately comprehensible this is. Do we have a word for words that are gibberish and stand in for other words that we can't summon up? Happy Pi day, everybody! I was going to go to a Pi(e) party, but it was cancelled due to the hostess being in the emergency room with an athsma attack. :( So, shoes_the_dog and I had chicken pot pie for dinner anyways. Nummy. And I fried the pie-crust scraps in butter and cinnimon and splenda for desert.
