Does anyone know about a man with long blonde hair tied in a braid and has two different colored eyes? Me and my friends ran into him on our trip to the desert. He attacked us suddenly and then teleported us over the lake. Does anyone have more information on him? And the desert might be a good place to avoid if he's still out there

Currently too busy patting extra snow to the people to notice you yet! Feel free to stare like a creeper a bit more or get his attention!]
