Yeah, well, I've had a dream of my own!
Alright, I've got another Devin dream to report. It wasn't last night, but the night before, and it was pretty good, but pretty disappointing. So, here goes.
It's been two years, and he's home and again, and we're going to the movie theaters for a date...sorta...if you count just wanting to makeout in the backrow of the theater instead of watch ( Read more... ) -
Correction:
The address Devin's mom sent me is not the MTC address, but his mission field address. The mail I send him will go to the mission office, which will then pass it on to him. That actually makes me feel much better. So, he won't get any mail from me in the MTC, unless I send him something Dear Elder, which maybe I should try. Anyways, since ( Read more... ) -
I did it...
I sent him a letter. Actually, I sent him the first two letters I wrote in one envelope. The attendant at the Post Office said it would only take three to five days to get to him, though with international mail I've always heard it's longer, but hey, I live in Arizona, and that's a lot closer to South America than most other places I've lived, ( Read more... ) -

So, I haven't heard anything from Devin's mother in the form of forwarded e-mails or promised addresses since giving her my e-mail address two weeks ago, now. I'm trying not to think negative thoughts about her or build conpiracies in my head, but I can't help myself. It's one of my defects.

So, I ran into Devin's family TWICE this weekend. Once Saturday night and once Sunday night. First time I've seen them since Devin left now almost three weeks ago. This is the only place where I really let myself talk about how much I miss Devin. And I miss that kid SO MUCH! He's pretty much all I think about when I'm not forced to focus on something else, like school...or other responsibilities I'm too stuffed up to think clearly enough to think of right now. News
Just a quick update. Since I haven't attended my homeward for the past couple of weeks I missed the news that Devin finally got his Visa approved and moved on down to the Brazil MTC. Yeah for him!! I'm very excited about that and I know he's happy because he SO wanted to go to Brazil and he was afraid that his Visa wasn't going to get approval ( Read more... ) -

Writer's Block: Repeat After Me...
My first name is straightforward and easy. It never gets mispronounced except by my best friend's five year old daughter who calls me "Header". She's five and it's kind of become a joke in her family.
