Well, Angels, it's a time of transition here. Airborne is now working at WalMart. He's doing an overnight shift working 10Pm to 7AM. My boyfriend lost his job. So now we don't work together anymore. This kind of sucks, especially since we were planning on moving in together by July, when his current lease is up. So much has happened in the last few weeks. I got promoted to an Interim Program Specialist (PS) at work. This means I'll be off the front lines of phones (YAY!), but I'll be dealing with agent consultations and escalated customer calls.
