he was told "no" so he threw his shoe at the tv. And that kid has both aim and strenth that I do not, so that actually could have done some damage, besides the fact that it's just bratty.
now that you say that, it sounds familiar. He's nineteen months, so I guess that makes sense. but ususally he's such a good kid...I think maybe yesterday's tantrums and shoe throwings had more to do with being tired and sick than being almost two. but it really could go either way.
Have you done any discipline with Jordan yet? Any suggestions for what works? I'll be damned if I raise a snotty brat. NOT gonna happen. but the time out thing...maybe it just needs more than one try? Really with toddlers, EVERYTHING needs more than one try, right?

First, I LOVE the Ames and Ilg books. Go to Amazon or wherever you like to buy books and search for them, they are short books and each is dedicated to one year of life. They are very very helpful and realistic, and truly I love them. Get the current year and the upcoming year
