For your information, Jen isn't the only person you've made angry with your little fat person rant. Apparently, you chased Luna away as well as a commenter from your bawwwwwquit post. You, a fat person, being disgusted with fat people. Then hoping said people die from a heart attack?

Also, as far as individuals and groups go, it's like saying to a black person "I don't like black people, but but you're an acception." or "Black People are responsible for the crime rate." You wouldn't stereotype black people like that. What gives you the right stereotype plus size women? Your opinion is bullshit because it's based on stereotype. Plus, you're fat too, and that makes you a hypocrite, regardless of whether or not "You're trying to change that."

And how dare your pansy-ass boyfriend say Jen is overreacting. All I have to say now is you've lost a very valuable friend for your hurtful, stereotyping hypocrisy. Good job, asshole.

You're calling her boyfriend a pansy-ass when you're posting anonymously. Mmm hmm. I think you should of thought twice before you made that statement. Plus, its pretty damn low and I mean very low d-baggery you brought her boyfriend into this whole thing. Then calling him names when he's only an outsider who doesn't know the FULL story 100% [also, its her boyfriend. What boyfriend WOULDN'T be on his girlfriend's side?]. The beef is between you and Astra only. No one else. If anything you're the biggest asshole here, and I don't think asshole is the right word to describe you at the moment.

Its her LJ, and her right to mention her boyfriend. What was WRONG was the previous anon bringing her boyfriend into it, and not only dragging him into it but also calling him a pansy-ass. To me that is equally immature if not worse. As I said before the beef is between you guys and Astra. No one else.

Well... perhaps the best way to avoid this in the future... is to post any potentially-hurtful rants as your-eyes-only....

Then later you can look it over and think "will this hurt anyone?". If yes, keep it private. If no, post it as public.

Anyways.... hope you find a job soon, keep up the good work. :) Gz to Tony on his loss, too ^__^.

And honestly.. yes, she's overreacting, too... just a tiny bit. She needs to have fully read your entry... then sat back and waited before making some huge journal deal about it. What about people who are fat and WANT to be fat, or don't necessarily want to be thin? And even if someone wants to be thin and isn't willing to make the change, what does have to do with you? It's their life. There is no reason for disgust.

Also, I believe that more recent research has shown that people who are somewhat overweight (but not necessarily obese) are actually healthier than thin people. Health problems span across all weight groups, and for different reasons.

In the end, people's life choices and health are their own business. I think that's why your generalizations seem more like fat-hating than genuine concern about people's health and well-being.
