I lost 5 pounds in 2 days

caffeine pills= lack of sleep, loads of energy and loss of appetite

okay so i havnt posted in a while
i went up to my highest weight ever trying to eat "normal" and i just cant live with myself anymore.
at my highest i was 120 and i am only 5'2
so now i am back to 110 it only took a week or two but this is bull shit and i am gin back to doing what i feel like doing.
