Downtown Karaoke
This is going to be short entry, catch up tomorrow. Heading out to 202 for karaoke with Leigh Ann - should be fun. Left Evelyn at the house entertaining R.... HA!
Hoping Tech can pull out a win in the Sugar bowl, but the end of the first drive was a little depressing - get it together guys!

Shopping at Target
I love target. Standing in line waiting to buy way too much stuff. Most of it was on sale, so I don't feel too badly. In then new grocery section the freezer lights come on by motion sensors which is really neat. And I got a pair of shoe 25% because they were obviously a returned item and I wasn't going to pay full price. It never hurts to ask!

Kindle and Amazon ... the Monopoly.
Just found out that I can "check" ebooks out from the library and read to read on my kindle, because kindle doesn't support anything but kindle (amazon) files. Damn you amazon!! I like my cheap books, it is very very very rare that I pay more than $5 for a book. Why spend money on something I may or may not actually like? Maybe I should have ( Read more... ) -

Eggspectations ... one word... DELICIOUS!
We went to Eggspectations for breakfast this morning. I have never eaten there, though I had been to a few happy hours. I never liked the smell of the place, (not surprising) it always smelled overwhelmingly of eggs. Can you believe it? HA ( Read more... ) -

So I have started (once again) reading the bible. I am trying to make it through the whole thing this year.

Adam and Eve (only two people on earth), have Cain and Abel (both boys), Cain kills Abel and is cast out (1 boy left), Cain marries and has sons... Where did the girl come from? -

Completed Book list for 2009
Even though I met my goal early, I still want to post the conclusion of my reading list for 2009. Even if it is a bit late. For 2010, I have started posting to Goodreads.com. It is easier to keep track of them that way.

The Dante Club by Matthew Peal (367pgs) - Excellent book. A definite keeper and I would highly recommended it.

Snowy Saturday
My pool tournament was canceled today. Of course it was only canceled after Ben and I drove to Laurel, MD in a snow storm! This is so annoying. And since the whole team can't make it next weekend (when they want to postpone it), we may have to give up our chance to qualify for the Vegas trip. It's all a big mess!
