Have you ever been to see a nutritionist? I'm wondering if you're getting enough calories and protein, especially with such hard workouts. A lot of the symptoms you describe happen to me if I don't get enough to eat. Really not trying to be insulting at all, but maybe there's something you could tweak that would give you a boost, and a nutritionist might have some good ideas there. On the other hand, maybe you're just coming down with an illness--that could explain it too.

I have not. I know that my protein is plenty and I feeeeeel I get enough calories, too. I eat throughout the day. Rice pudding in the morning with coffee. Fruit for a snack around 1030a. Lunch (salad, banana). Snack around 230p, which is usually fruit. Dinner, which is fish, fake meat avocado and baked kale. I also have these wheat-free cheese puffs right before the gym, because I like the energy I get from carbohydrates.

I think the issue with Monday was that I drank over the weekend, lost sleep, lost an hour and had to get up earlier than usual for a very early meeting. My body just wasn't ready. But the past couple of days have been great. Other than my legs only now recovering, I feel awesome. :>

We use Outlook at my work too and I get an email every night at 1am telling me that my mailbox is getting too full. Is this why you are backing everything up? Is it possible to back everything up and then delete it off the server or something? I end up going through and just deleting tons of stuff that I would prefer to hold onto forever. A lot of my job involves relationship building in the community and I'd like to track those convos better so I can have a refresher when talking to somebody that it's been a while with. The IT at my work is a JOKE!!! I'm pretty sure they are figuring it out as they go. I heard that the IT director was a camp director before they moved him to IT. AND it is only him and one other guy.. for about 4 different branches.

Fortunately, my IT department is pretty on the ball. I didn't have to do anything other than "run advertised programs" and wait for my Microsoft Office to update itself. Everything was backed up automatically and my emails delete themselves after one year. Also, I have many emails and never have a space issue. I'm way more delete-happy than my co-workers and they don't have space issues, either.

So I really have no suggestions for ya! I don't know anything about how IT does it. I do know we have a Cloud, so it's possible a lot of stuff is saved on there. It's a shame your workplace doesn't invest in a better IT group. It's sort of imperative, being that we're now in 2014 and nearly everything is tracked/communicated electronically.
