Someone lent me a DVD of Serenity a while back, and I've just got round to watching it. I have to confess to being underwhelmed. Maybe I'm having a particularly unempathetic day, but I really couldn't bring myself to give a toss about any of the characters.

Still, at least I didn't pay money to see it.
