Diets aren't about starving yourself. It's about portion control. At the end of the day, diets really don't work because they cause nothing but frustration. NEVER fully deprive yourself of the things you enjoy. :)
Oh, it's a long story. Basically, it is because I have horrible eating habits. I've always been fairly thin and though have grown accustomed to eating or drinking whatever/whenever. But I'm not as young anymore and both sides of my family have huge weight issues. I can't continue to pretend that I'm going to escape the curse, so I figured this could be my "thing" to start off the new school year
