I am continuing to enjoy this immensely. It can go on and on as far as I am concerned! ;-)

Aww, thank you. I think I've pretty much got the bulk of the story wrapped up, but I am finishing up an epilogue...

I love the ending, although a bit sudden it is so very Dean it made me smile brightly :)

*grin* Thanks! The ending was more abrupt than I really wanted it to be, but I couldn't seem to find the right way to wrap it up. So I'm just going to post the conclusion as an epilogue.

Thank you! I love writing Dean's dialogue, so I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

Cas is loads of fun, too. I need to write more with those two.

Wow! OK, this chapter? Had some really ACE writing in it. Some pieces of it just took my breath away. Especially the description of the B-2 bomber and comparing that to the noise. Also how you keep setting off Castiel's name to remind us that he's not part of Barnes and Damien's experience of the SPN universe... and "an anchor of normal" I loved that, understated and perfect, says so much in so few words.

You hit just the right notes of outsider pov and character development and understated romance and it just feels right and real.

I love this fic so much. :D

I'm so glad you liked it!

The B-2 bomber reference is actually from my own childhood--my dad took me to see one when they were first released, and it was a pretty memorable experience, needless to say :). I was really trying to fit those two into the universe without it seeming contrived, so I'm really glad that worked for you. Thanks for the review!
