It's funny that this time of the year is normally one for reflecting on the past year and even things that happened in the years past. This year, the mood hasn't struck me, as yet, but others have prompted a few little reminiscings

Regrets are a waste of time. Friendships change who we are, even if they don't last. Some people touch us deeeply but then leave for pastures new, but it doesn't mean they meant any less. I have had some wonderful friends who meant the world to me, and in my memory they still do, even if they (or possibly I) have changed so we are no longer friends.

It is also wonderful to see yourself reflected by friends, but not the you you think you are, but the you you are to them. (Did that make sense?)

Yes it did hun, perfect sense, thanks. =) Sometimes I wish I saw certain looks more than others when it comes to certain friends, but that's just a cosmetic change away.
