No joke. For about 36 hours after running a mile, or interval training for 20 minutes, I get a mood boost + calm. It settles me, makes me more quietly energized, and erases a lot of cruft. Add in a good weights element and I come out feeling strong, which totally ups my confidence. It works better than when I was on prozac, which provided a floor
