I thought it was just "trawling" in a weird accent. Half the time I couldn't understand what people were saying in this ep :(

Do we really think that Kurt wears 501s?

My headcanon says Kurt bought some of the stuff for Sam and told him it's his used clothes.

They're leftovers from his butch phase in Laryngitis (or that's my headcanon).

Or that baggy? Kurt tends to favor the "I painted these on" look. (Or maybe he stole some of Burt's?)

Disappointed that there was no more about Kurt and Sam's friendship - I just love them being friends and Sam not scared he'd catch The Gay. I'm shipping their BFFness since Sam stood up to Finn in Duets.

I'm over Brittana - completely and utterly. I'm suppose to root for a relationship where one half uses manipulation and lies to have sex with the other half? I do root for Santana as a character, love her growth and the way there are taking her but if Brittana becomes canon it's going to be yet another one sided Glee relationship, like Finchel and Klaine.

Sam's breakdown left me teary eyed.

The way Brittany's been portrayed this season, with the intelligence capacity of a first grader, has made it uncomfortable to ship her with anybody.

I recap + review + meta each episode. Just thought you'd like to know seeing as this is a meta comm and all that.

And if you are not interested in reading +8 pages of recap and meta on each episode, I also have polls. Everybody likes polls, right?

Judging by the appearance of the motel, it's probably about the same or a little less. I don't know what rent is in Ohio but I know in California you can't find anything cheaper than $1500.

That's why we're here, to discuss how Glee handles those issues.

Most American cities have hotels with monthly rates cheaper than renting, although you're not supposed to cram so many people into one room. Median gross rent in Lima in 2009 was $577, if you bump it up to $700 for a larger home and cost of living increases then I can see how it might be cheaper to get the motel.

I'll just say, since I live in Kentucky right across the river, and I think Ohio prices are even higher, that a month in a hotel/motel costs about $1300. Usually prices are about $60/day, and if you say you're saying on a month by month basis, you can usually negotiate it to about $45/day, which is still $1350 actually. Even being very generous and saying they pay $30/day, that's still $900 dollars and more than the rent you quoted. So no, it isn't actually cheaper.

It might be that they can't rent out a place, because now they undoubtedly have bad credit. Since, in addition, no one has a job, landlords might think they're a risk.
